Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Service Nature and Refund Eligibility

Our PAN card application service involves submitting your application to government authorities (NSDL/UTIITSL) on your behalf. Due to the nature of government processing, refunds are limited to specific circumstances.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Applications successfully submitted to government authorities
  • Government processing delays or extended timelines
  • Applications rejected due to incorrect user-provided information
  • Applications rejected due to user ineligibility for PAN card
  • Changes in government fees or processing requirements
  • User's change of mind after application submission
3. Refund Eligible Scenarios

Full refunds will be provided for:

  • Technical failures preventing application submission within 7 days
  • Service unavailability due to system maintenance exceeding 48 hours
  • Duplicate payments made in error
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation)
4. Refund Process and Timeline
  • Submit refund request within 7 days of payment
  • Provide transaction details and reason for refund
  • Refund processing within 7-10 working days
  • Refunds credited to original payment method
  • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 working days
5. Cancellation Policy

Before Application Submission:

  • Cancellation allowed within 24 hours of payment
  • Full refund minus payment gateway charges (if applicable)
  • Cancellation requests via email or customer support

After Application Submission:

  • No cancellations possible once submitted to authorities
  • Government processing cannot be reversed
  • Withdrawal requests must be made directly with NSDL/UTIITSL
6. Government Fee Component
  • Paid directly to government authorities
  • Non-refundable under any circumstances
  • Subject to government refund policies only
7. Service Fee Component
  • Refundable only in eligible scenarios listed above
  • Non-refundable once service work is completed
  • Covers document verification, form filling, and submission costs
8. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Include transaction ID, payment details, and reason
  • Provide supporting documentation if required
  • Allow 7-10 working days for processing
9. Dispute Resolution
  • First contact our customer support team
  • Escalate to management if unresolved within 7 days
  • Final resolution within 15 working days
  • Legal recourse available under Indian consumer protection laws
