2. Service Overview

We provide facilitation services for PAN card applications in India by acting as authorized agents on behalf of our clients. Our services include:

  • Document verification and form completion
  • Submission of PAN applications to NSDL/UTIITSL
  • Application status tracking and updates
  • Customer support throughout the process

Important Disclaimer: We are an independent service provider and not affiliated with the Income Tax Department, NSDL, UTIITSL, or any government agency. Final approval rests with government authorities.

3. Eligibility and User Requirements
  • Users must be 18 years or older to use our services independently.
  • Minors may apply under guardian supervision with proper documentation.
  • Users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
  • All uploaded documents must be clear, valid, and match provided details.
  • Users must be eligible for a PAN card under Income Tax Department guidelines.
4. Service Fee Structure

Total Service Charge: ₹200 per application (includes government fee ₹101 and service fee ₹99, both incl. GST).

Payment Terms: All payments must be made through our authorized payment gateway partners and are processed via RBI-compliant payment aggregators. Service charges are non-refundable once an application is submitted to authorities.

5. Data Collection and Usage

We collect and securely store necessary personal information, including:

  • Full name, father's name, date of birth
  • Email address and mobile number
  • Addresses, identity proofs, photograph, signature
  • PAN application form details

All data is protected under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and used exclusively for PAN application processing. Data is not sold or shared with unauthorized parties.

6. User Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and complete information matching supporting documents.
  • Ensure all uploaded documents are valid and clear.
  • Respond promptly to verification requests.
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Service Timeline and Processing

Applications are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. Government processing typically takes 10-15 working days. Actual dispatch depends on NSDL/UTIITSL processing times.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
  • No refunds once the application is submitted to government authorities.
  • Refunds are only available for technical errors before submission.
  • Duplicate payments will be refunded within 7-10 working days.
  • Applications rejected due to user errors are not eligible for a refund.
9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or internet failures.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not responsible for government delays, rejections, third-party interruptions, or indirect damages.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, design, and processes are proprietary to PANCARDMAKER PRIVATE LIMITED and protected under intellectual property laws.

12. Compliance and Legal

We comply with RBI payment regulations, GST requirements, and the Information Technology Act. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

13. Amendment of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
